Stayed close to home again this weekend. I spent the morning at a few local parks, trying to find something new, or a different angle on something old.
I also successfully completed Week 2 of my 365 Project.

Let me know if you’ve gone on your own Photo Hike this week.
I was going to say I love the swings but most of these guys already did. Wicked photo!
I’m getting caught up and I love your local pictures. Love them. And all of your writing is amazing. Seriously.
The swings are my favorite, but of course they all rock.
Do you have your own photographs framed and hanging in your house?
It may surprise you to know that I don’t have a single one of my photos displayed in my home. That is something I want to remedy.
Love love love the swings.
Gorgeous. I love them all, but the shot of the swings is my favorite!
The exposure on beached – I can totally feel that sand between my toes. And, I’m another fan of Swinging (and you’re new blog header, and your quote, and your honeysuckle shot … As always, your blog is an inspiration to stop by.
Nice stuff – I like “Swinging”, and “Beached” – oh phooey – I like ALL of them. xoxoxxo
Swinging is my favorite, but they are ALL gorgeous!
“Caught” & “Swinging” are GORGEOUS, Tara. You just keep getting better & better. How do you keep your ideas fresh? I have been inspired lately to get my camera out- There is something about winter in the midwest that makes me want to snap photos like crazy but I can’t seem to stay motivated all year unless I’m doing a side job (i.e weddings, babies, etc.)
ps: I changed my blog name & blog address; I’m going to start blogging again! Update your reader!

Oooh, I LOVE the swings! That’s a great shot!
These are so gorgeous, Tara! Something about “Swinging” just calls to me. I’m considering doing a 365/366… You make it look too easy. ;)
Yeah, picture two has me stumped too
I really enjoyed your series of shots. They are all wonderful and show your amazing eye for the unusual.
That shot of the swings is amazing.
For those of us feeling the winter this week that first photograph makes me long for more sunshine. I am not a big fan of the winter. I hate the cold and the damp, grey, short days but every now and then it does provide some great photo opportunities just not as many as summer time does.

I love the Winter Brown photo.
great shots! :)
“Beached” is my favorite. Great light too.
i really like the simplicity of caught
These are cool, all of them.
We stay mainly local – home is the best place to spend short weekend! :)
My favorite is “I have no idea….”
My favourite from your selction is the “Winter brown” :)
I spent a good five minutes trying to figure out picture two. Whatever it is, it is very cool.
As a young girl, I spent many a day going from bayou to bay. Good choice of words, and as always, nice pictures.
