Staying local

Stayed close to home again this weekend. I spent the morning at a few local parks, trying to find something new, or a different angle on something old.

I also successfully completed Week 2 of my 365 Project.

  1. The exposure on beached – I can totally feel that sand between my toes. And, I’m another fan of Swinging (and you’re new blog header, and your quote, and your honeysuckle shot … As always, your blog is an inspiration to stop by.

  2. “Caught” & “Swinging” are GORGEOUS, Tara. You just keep getting better & better. How do you keep your ideas fresh? I have been inspired lately to get my camera out- There is something about winter in the midwest that makes me want to snap photos like crazy but I can’t seem to stay motivated all year unless I’m doing a side job (i.e weddings, babies, etc.)

ps: I changed my blog name & blog address; I’m going to start blogging again! Update your reader!

  3. For those of us feeling the winter this week that first photograph makes me long for more sunshine. I am not a big fan of the winter. I hate the cold and the damp, grey, short days but every now and then it does provide some great photo opportunities just not as many as summer time does.
